Laptop Return & Exchange Policy

At NG Imports, every laptop is thoroughly tested before sale to ensure it is in proper working condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a Return or Exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase only if the laptop has a verified technical or hardware fault that was not caused by the customer.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible, the laptop must:

  • Be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery.
  • Be in the same condition as it was received.
  • Include the original charger, accessories, packaging (if provided), invoice, and all supplied items.
  • Have no physical damage, liquid damage, scratches caused by misuse, burn marks, dents, or signs of accidental damage.
  • Not be opened, repaired, upgraded, or modified by any unauthorized person.
  • Have all warranty stickers and security seals intact (where applicable).
  • Be free of passwords, personal accounts, and customer data.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The customer no longer likes the laptop.
  • The customer ordered the wrong model or specifications.
  • The laptop has been physically damaged, dropped, exposed to liquid, or misused.
  • Any accessories, charger, invoice, or included items are missing.
  • The warranty sticker or security seal has been removed or damaged.
  • The return request is made after the 7-day period.

Inspection Process

All returned laptops will undergo a complete technical inspection by our service team. If the reported issue is confirmed and the product meets all return conditions, NG Imports will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the laptop,
  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund where applicable.

By purchasing a laptop from NG Imports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy. NG Imports reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
